Develop relationships with faimly, friends, people at work or neighbours.
BE ACTIVE
Play a sport or practice hobbies that get you outdoors i.e. gardening, riding, dancing or walking.
TAKE NOTICE - BE CURIOUS
Take time to be in the moment! appreciate everyday aswell as unusual things. notice the beauty of the world.
LEARN
Fixing somthing, learn an instrument, cooking, gardening or even a knew language.
GIVE
helping friends and strangers links your happiness to the wider community and makes you feel good.
